ok so finally managing an update , retraced steps several times for accomodation and had a good day in Chiba and then really great Christmas Day on the Sumida River boardwalk.
spoke to about a score of people who all shared their story and made small donations,
Finiah couple a Brit, a Mexican couple from LA, several Australians – two of whom were wearing kimonos – so of course an excellent photo op.
